Rallycross pro Ollie O'Donovan will this year return to the Monster Energy MSA British Rallycross championship in the an ex Isachsen Ford Focus to fight for a comeback title.
The 560bhp Supercar was purchased from Former British Champion Pat Doran and was debuted with O'Donovan at the Autosport International in the Live Action Arena.
The 45yr old business man had previously won the prestigious MSA British Rallycross title in Andy Scotts Peugeot 306 back in 2007 and has previously been competing in the RX150 class, being crowned the RX150 Champion in 2011.
"I am really involved with the development of the buggies and felt it not right to compete in the class as i had an unfair advantage." said O'Donovan, "Moving into Supercars is the right move for me. I have a good car now and the class is very competitive so it should be a great year for me."
The London based Irishman confirms that his return is not to make up the numbers but set out on a championship title charge to raise the 2012 crown.
